Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
Note: Ensure that the brake hose is not twisted when installed.
2. Install the brake hose to the brake caliper with a banjo bolt and new seal rings.
Tighten the brake hose banjo bolt to 40 Nm (30 lb ft).
3. Install the brake line to the brake hose with a clamping plate.
Tighten to 14 Nm (124 lb in).
4. Install the rear wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair).
5. Bleed the brake system and check for leaks. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair).
6. Top up brake fluid level so that it reaches the mark MAX.

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the vacuum line elbow (1) from the brake servo.
2. Remove the snap fastening (2) for the vacuum line from the front intake manifold or from the vacuum pump.
3. Remove the snap fastening by pressing in the latch.
4. Remove the vacuum line.
