Turn ignition Off.
2.
Disconnect negative battery cable.
3.
Open air cleaner clamp at throttle body by compressing tangs on the air cleaner clamp. The air cleaner clamp will lock in the open position when
the tangs are compressed sufficiently to engage the locking tab.
