11. Remove the intake manifold.
12. Remove and discard the intake manifold gasket.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the intake manifold with gasket.
2. Install the intake manifold nuts and bolts in sequence.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Tighten the intake manifold nuts and bolts.

Tighten the intake manifold nuts and bolts to first pass to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.).

Tighten the intake manifold nuts and bolts final pass to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the outlet duct bracket and nuts.

Tighten the nuts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
5. Install the IAT2 sensor.
^
Tighten the IAT2 sensor to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
