5. Remove the right side bolt that attaches the cable and the bracket.
NOTE

Do NOT re-use the original bolt since the thread lock may be worn.

6. Install and tighten the NEW washer and bolt in the order shown.'
7. Remove the 2 left side bolts that attach the cables and the bracket.
