HINT:  Install the new strike rivets in the order shown in the illustration.

NOTE:

-

Do not pry the rivet with the riveter, as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

Confirm that the rivets are seated properly against the speaker. Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivet to the speaker. Do not leave
any space between the rivet head and the speaker.

Do not leave any space between the speaker and door panel. Firmly hold together the 2 items while installing the rivet.

b. Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH
3. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
4. INSTALL REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL UPPER LH
5. INSTALL REAR DOOR REAR GUIDE BRACKET GARNISH LH
6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

a. Perform initialization.

NOTE:  Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
