AIR CONDITIONING: PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the PTC heater with the 2 screws.
(b) Connect the connector and 2 clamps.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR DUCT

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the air duct.

3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Air Conditioning Unit/Installation

4. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 AIR DUCT See: Air Conditioning Unit/Installation

5. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and Repair/Installation

6. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT See: Brakes and Traction Control/Brake Pedal Assy/Service and Repair/Installation

7. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS See: Brakes and Traction Control/Brake Pedal Assy/Service and

Repair/Installation

8. INSTALL STEERING SLIDING YOKE SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Air Conditioning Unit/Installation

9. INSTALL COLUMN HOLE COVER SILENCER SHEET See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and

Repair/Installation

10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB REINFORCEMENT See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and

Repair/Installation

11. CONNECT POWER STEERING ECU ASSEMBLY See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and Repair/Installation
