Tire Pressure Module: Service and Repair
Installation

TIRE AND WHEEL: TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU

(a) Install the tire pressure warning ECU with the screw.
(b) Connect the tire pressure warning ECU connector.

2. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

Panel/Service and Repair/Upper Instrument Panel/Installation

                 

3. REGISTER TRANSMITTER ID See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Tire Monitoring System/Testing and

Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Registration

4. INSPECT TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Tire Monitoring System/Testing and

Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Test Mode Procedure

5. INITIALIZE SYSTEM

NOTICE:
-

Be sure to register the transmitter ID of all tires in the ECU before initialization.

Be sure to inflate all tires to the proper inflation pressure before initialization. See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Tire
