WINDSHIELD / WINDOWGLASS: POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

HINT:

Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

The procedure described below is for the RH side.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE FRONT ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and

Repair/Disassembly

3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service

and Repair/Disassembly

4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and

Repair/Disassembly

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and

Repair/Disassembly

6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BRACKET See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and Repair/Disassembly

7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and

Repair/Disassembly

8. REMOVE FRONT DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and

Repair/Disassembly

9. REMOVE FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front

Door/Service and Repair/Disassembly

10. REMOVE FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Using "TORX" socket wrench T25, remove the 3 screws and the power window regulator motor.
