6. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER LH

(a) Remove the clip.
(b) Disengage the 5 claws and 5 guides and remove the cowl top ventilator louver LH.

7. REMOVE FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

(a) Disengage the clamp.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts.
(c) Slide the front wiper motor and link. Disengage the link from the rubber pin, then disconnect the connector and remove the front wiper motor

and link.

8. REMOVE FRONT WIPER MOTOR

(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disconnect the rod of the wiper link assembly from the crank arm pivot of the front 

wiper motor as shown in the illustration.

(b) Put matchmarks on the crank arm and front wiper motor, as shown in the illustration.
(c) Remove the nut and remove the crank arm.
