q | With vulcanised O-ring |
q | Replace the guide bush and O-ring together if the latter is damaged |
q | Lubricate the guide bush with grease, according to → Parts catalogue in the clutch release collar area |
q | Remove the clutch release lever first → Fig. |
5 - | Fastening spring |
q | Secure to clutch lever |
6 - | Cylindrical bolt |
q | 20 Nm |
q | 3x |
7 - | Clutch release lever: |
q | removing and fitting → Fig. |
8 - | Clutch release bearing |
q | Do not wash the bearing. Only clean it with a cloth |
q | Replace if noisy |
q | removing and fitting → Fig. |
q | Grease the contact points with the clutch release lever using lubricating grease → Parts catalogue |

10 - | Clutch slave cylinder |

q | Lubricate the end of the tappet with lubricating grease, according to → Parts catalogue. |

q | Secure the clutch release lever when fitting the complete gearbox |
q | It must be unscrewed after installing the gearbox |

If there is no assembly bolt, bolt M8 x 25 can be used |
