  Note
t  The roller bearings and their corresponding outer tracks are matched pairs. They must not be confused or interchanged
t  Replace both conical roller bearings together.
t  Adjust the differential whenever the roller bearings, differential casing, gearbox casing or clutch housing are replaced
1 - Gearbox
2 - Bolt.
3 - Differential housing or
q   For replacement, consult the adjustment chart → Chapter
4 - Differential crown:
q   Factory riveted
q   If replaced, the differential crown and the secondary shaft must be replaced together.
5 - Plate supplement
6 - Nut
q   70 Nm
7 - Shim
q   Determining thickness → Chapter
8 - Outer track, roller bearing
q   Removing → Fig.
q   Installing → Fig.
9 - Tapered roller bearing
q   Removing → Fig.
q   Installing → Fig.
10 - Differential
q   If replaced, the differential crown and the secondary shaft must be replaced together. Refer to Adjustment chart → Chapter
q   Crown riveted in factory
11 - Speedometer mechanism sprocket
q   Remove by levering with a flat screwdriver
q   Installation: insert as far as it will go into the differential casing before installing the roller bearing, → Item
12 - Tapered roller bearing
q   Removing → Fig.
q   Installing → Fig.
13 - Outer track, roller bearing
q   Removing → Fig.
q   Installing → Fig.
14 - clutch housing
15 - Bush
q   For housing right flanged shaft seal
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
16 - Flange oil seal
q   Replace → Chapter
17 - Bolt.
q   25 Nm
q   Screw with threaded element to secure the flanged shafts, → Item
18 - Flanged shaft
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
19 - Flanged shaft spring
q   Fit behind flange
20 - Thrust washer
q   Installation position: Collar towards the spring, core towards the conical ring
21 - Conical ring
q   With recess for the thrust washer
q   Fitting position: conical side facing the differential casing
22 - Circlip
q   Keep the following in position: conical ring, shim and spring for flanged shaft when it is dismantled
23 - Set of thrust washers
q   Impregnate with gearbox oil before installation
24 - Large differential bevel gear
q   Installing → Fig.
25 - Threaded element to secure the flanged shafts
q   Installing → Fig.
26 - Planet gear shaft
q   Derive out using a mandrill
q   Installing → Fig.
27 - Spring pin
q   Derive out using a suitable mandrill → Fig.
28 - Small planet gear
