t | To carry out any work on the clutch release lever, it will be necessary to remove the gearbox from the vehicle → Chapter. |
t | Lubricate all the bearings and contact surfaces with -G 000 603-. |

q | Renew |
q | Remove levering carefully with a screwdriver |
q | Assembly → Fig. |
3 - | Upper bearing bush |

4 - | Clutch housing |

5 - | Lower bearing bush |
q | Remove → Fig. |
q | Fitting → Fig. |

q | Sepatate them by carfully levering with a screwdriver, before removing the clutch release fork |
7 - | Clutch release fork |
q | Fit it with the clutch release lever → Fig. |
8 - | Clutch release collar |
q | Never clean. Except with a cloth |
q | Replace noisy bearings |
9 - | Securing clip |
q | Fit on the clutch release collar |
10 - | Support spring |
q | Fit over the retaining pin and then in the clutch release collar |
11 - | 18 Nm |
q | Self-locking |
q | Always renew |
q | To separate and fit use a spanner of the right diameter from tool -U-40020- |

q | Lubricate the clutch release bearing guide |
