Installation
Installation
l  Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:
   
l  Installation location of the clutch plate: The inscription „Getriebeseite“ or the shortest hub should face the pressure plate.
  A30-0144
–  When installing clutch assembly, place counterhold -T20176 -.
–  To centre the clutch plate, use the centring guide -U 10050/A- with the adaptor -U-10050/T -.
–  Only slightly tighten bolts diagonally in stages, so as to avoid damaging centring holes of pressure disk and centring pins of flywheel. Tightening torque → Item

For engines having a crankshaft of smaller diameter -arrow- or having an needle bearing -arrow- in the crankshaft

Centring clutch disc and removing and installing pressure plate for engines having a crankshaft of smaller diameter or having a needle bearing -arrow- in the crankshaft
–  When installing clutch assembly, place counterhold -T20176 -.
–  To centre the clutch plate, use the centring guide -U 10050/A- with the adaptor -U-10050/T -.
–  Tighten bolts in small steps and in diagonal sequence to avoid damaging centring holes in pressure plate and dowel pins on flywheel. Tightening torque → Item
Continuation for all vehicles
–  Install gearbox → Chapter.
