| Removing and installing “G93” |
| Sender “G93” cannot be separated from the wiring harness. |
| –
| Remove bearing and differential cage. |
| Then the cover must be removed. |
Warning | Do not turn back gearbox before cover is reinstalled. |
| Otherwise, clutch “K2/K3” and other components will fall out. |
|
| –
| Unbolt wiring harness retainer. |
| –
| Unbolt “G93” and remove. |
| –
| Guide wire for sender “G182” from beneath through gearbox housing. |
| –
| Push on connector, install sender “G182” and tighten bolts to 8 Nm. |
| –
| Install “G93” and tighten bolts to 8 Nm. |
| –
| Push on connectors for “G68” and “G265”. |
| –
| Install wiring harness retainer and tighten bolt to 8 Nm. |
| –
| Guide wiring into valve body housing. |
