1 - Clutch housing “K2/K3”
2 - “K2” piston
q   On the piston, there are two O-rings which must not be damaged.
3 - “K3” piston
q   On the piston, there are two O-rings which must not be damaged.
4 - Spring
5 - Piston cap
q   The sealing lip on the outer edge is vulcanised and must not be damaged.
6 - Retaining ring
q   Ring will not be renewed. Therefore, remove and install carefully, not over-stretching it with force.

Dismantling “K2/K3” clutch housing
   
–  Slowly and carefully press down piston cap only far enough that the ring can be removed.
–  Remove retaining ring.
–  Remove piston cap and spring.
–  Drive the two nesting pistons out of clutch housing.
–  To do this, gently strike a plastic mallet against the upper edge of the clutch housing.
Assembling “K2/K3” clutch housing
–  Carefully press “K2” piston by hand into clutch housing to stop.
–  Carefully press “K3” piston by hand into “K2” to stop.

–  Lay spring, piston cap and retaining ring in clutch housing.
–  Carefully centre piston cap before pressing it down.
–  Slowly and carefully press down piston cap only far enough that the ring can be installed.
–  Install retaining ring.
