Torque settings

Gearbox to engine

2	M 12 x 65 t  Tighten from engine side	1	80
3	M 12 x 80	1	80
4	M 10 x 50	3	45

Item -A + B- - Dowel sleeves –  Renew bolts.

Gearbox bracket -1- to gearbox.

Bolts -arrows A- and -arrows B-

60 Nm + 90°

–  Renew bolts.

Gearbox to body

Bolts -arrows A-	90 Nm + 90°
Nut -arrow B-	90 Nm + 90°

–  Renew bolts and nut.   Note Install engine and gearbox mountings without tension. → Repair group 10; Removing and installing engine

Gearbox carrier through gearbox date 04 06 1 (with flange shaft bearing housing)

Bolts -A-		45 Nm
Bolts -B-		45 Nm

–  Renew bolts.

Gearbox carrier from gearbox date 05 06 1 (without flange shaft bearing housing)
