t  When removing the hose assembly or master cylinder, use the hydraulic seal adapters to avoid liquid leaking onto the bodywork.
t  Only use approved oil for the hydraulic circuits → Spare parts catalogue.
t  Replace the seal.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Spare parts catalogue.

Removing and installing pipe and hose assembly on the master cylinder
–  To remove, the safety fastener must be released -3- with a screwdriver, and the pipe and hose assembly uncoupled -1- from the master cylinder -4-.
–  To fit, the pipe and hose assembly must be installed with pressure, together with the new O-ring -2-, in the master cylinder, until the fastener is audibly secured.
–  Pull assembly, pipes and hose to check it is properly secured.
