Operation process

Remove secondary shaft needle roller bearing

Installing and securing secondary shaft needle roller bearing –  Secure the bearing by making three points with a punch in the gearbox casing, displaced 120º .

Replace oil seal for guide sleeve

Fit oil seal for guide bush

Remove the sheet bush for shaft seal –  Separate the bush by levering carefully with a screwdriver   Note If the bush is worn or damaged, it must be replaced.

Remove the sheet bush for shaft seal

Fit the oil collector -A- to the gearbox casing
