Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Spanner -T10061-
t  Removal equipment (ø inside diameter 25 to 155 mm) -KUKKO 15/3-
t  Removal equipment with quick-clamping spindle (ø inside diameter 25 to 155 mm) -KUKKO 17/3-
t  pressure tool -VW 416B-
t  Tappet -VW 434-
t  pressure tool -VW 447H-

   
t  Driving-out tool unit -VW 460-
Press off bearing of output shaft 2.
  W00-0907
–  Destroy cage of bearing first.
  N35-10366
–  Press off bearing inner race.
–  The Removal equipment (ø inside diameter 25 to 155 mm) -KUKKO 15/3- and the Removal equipment with quick-clamping spindle (ø inside diameter 25 to 155 mm) -KUKKO 17/3- can be used for this purpose. Press out using the Driving-out tool unit -VW 460-.
  Note
Shaft will fall down! Therefore, take precautions and position suitable items under press. It is also possible to hold shaft by hand.

Press on bearing of output shaft 2.
–  Use the press tool -VW 416B- for this purpose.

–  Remove bolt.
Special wrench -T10035- can also be used.
  N35-10352
–  Press the output shaft out completely using the pressing-on tool -VW 434-.
  Note
Shaft will fall down! Therefore, take precautions and position suitable items under press. It is also possible to hold shaft by hand.
