Removing broken rear window
Removing broken rear window
–  Protect the chassis and the interior from the glass remains.
–  Unplug connectors for heated rear window.
   
–  Mask flange profile circumferentially with textile reinforced masking tape -2-.
–  Remove pieces of glass up to adhesive sealing material.
–  Eliminate the hermetic seal (with the glass remains) from the window well with the electric knife -SAT 1561A- and the scraper -SAT 1561/7+8-.
  WARNING
Always wear safety goggles and leather gloves.
