  Note
Removal and installation are described for the left vehicle side. Follow same instructions for the right side as appropriate.
Removing
–  Move seat as far forwards as possible.
–  Move seat to highest position and then lower by one stroke.
–  Remove trim on sill side → Chapter.
–  Remove trim bracket on sill side → Chapter.
–  Remove height adjustment lever → Chapter.
Installing
–  Install in reverse order of removal.
  Note
When inserting height adjustment element into seat frame, a second mechanic must press seat down slightly via the backrest.
