Installing
Wing – SEAT Leon Mk1
–  Install front door trim → Chapter.
–  Before bolting on wing, apply a zinc intermediate layer -AKL 381 035 50- to bolted connection points in area where wheel housing contacts A-pillar.
–  Ensure that gaps are parallel and specified dimensions are maintained → Rep. gr.00.
–  Tighten bolts -1- to specified torque of 6 Nm.

   
Wing – SEAT Leon Mk1
–  Remove front door → Chapter
–  Seam -1- between wing -2- and A-pillar is to be sealed with adhesive sealant -D 511500 A2- and smoothed.
–  Paint structure on the adhesive sealant -D 511500 A2--1- must be restored according to specifications in the → Paint workshop manual.
–  Install front door trim → Chapter.
Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal
