Vehicles without curtain airbag
–  Fold grab handle -1- down.
–  Lever covers -2- up using screwdriver and fold open.
–  Unscrew cross-head screws -3- and take off handle-1-.

Vehicles with curtain airbag
–  Fold grab handle -1- down.
–  Lever covers -2- up using screwdriver and fold open.
–  Unscrew bolts -3- (with washers) and remove grab handle -1-. Torque setting of bolt -3- = 3.5 Nm
