–  When applying the adhesive, to the pre-cord -1-, it must be upright with respect to the glass and the nozzle must be in contact with this.
  Caution
The glass should be fitted in 5 minutes, because if not, this affects the adherence of the adhesive.

–  With gun -SAT 5360- apply the dual component adhesive cord from the repair kit -KR 004 30303- to the entire edge of the glass.
t  Place the glass in the space for it using the two suction pads -V.A.G. 1344-, centre it and press it until the spacing core
t  Windscreen spacing → Chapter, Windscreen glass: General installation diagram
t  Fix the windscreen during the setting time using the adjusting wedges -443 845 631A-

–  For the installation the mirror has to be fitted -1- turning 60 + 90° in respect to the installation position and turn -arrow- until it locks into the fitting spring.
t  During the setting time, secure the windscreen with adhesive tape
t  If the sticking cord applied is very thick, and the adhesive spreads to the window heater zone, this adhesive must be removed once it is dry
