Door lock: removal and fitting
Door lock: removal and fitting
Removing
–  Dismantle the door handle
–  Remove the door interior lining → Door lining: removing and fitting; Rep. Gr.70.
   
–  Move the interior operation handle -1- in the opposite direction to travel -arrow- and take it out of the fastening openings.
–  Unhook the rod -2-.
–  Release the soundproofing sheet → Door soundproofing sheet: removal and fitting; Rep. Gr.70.
–  Remove the window glass from the door → Chapter.

–  Extract the bolts -2-.
t  Tightening torque = 8 Nm.
–  Loosen the securing bolts of the rear strut of the window riser -4- and move the strut of the window riser.
–  Remove the staple from the rod -1-, remove the door lock from the door together with the operating rod -3- through the installation opening.
–  In vehicles fitted with central locking, disconnect the depression drive and unplug the connector.
Installation
Installation is performed in reverse sequence.

–  Loosen the adjustment bolt -arrow- before installing the door lock.
After fitting the lock/handle, tighten the adjustment bolt.
t  Tightening torque: 3 Nm
Left lock - right thread Right lock - left thread.
On tightening the adjustment lock, the adjustment is automatically made.
