Test conditions
Test conditions
t  The liquid coolant circuit must be purged according to the instructions → Engine, mechanics; Rep. Gr.19.
t  All air ducts, covers and seals OK and properly fitted.
t  The air flow through the dust and pollen filter is not obstructed by dirt.
t  The engine must be warm.
t  The fault memory of the Climatronic control unit (01320) -J255-/Air conditioning control unit -J301- has been interrogated and cleared, the basic adjustment has been completed and the coding of the Climatronic control unit (01320) -J255-/Air conditioning control unit -J301- → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051 has been checked.
t  The adaption of the Climatronic control unit (01320) -J255-/Air conditioning control unit -J301- has been checked → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051.
t  The vehicle should not be in direct sunlight.
