Checking, removing and installing condensate drain hose with valve
Removing
–  Remove right side trim panel from centre console → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.68.
–  Release carpet in right footwell and pull it out until condensate drain hose -1- is visible.
   
–  Pull condensate drain hose -1- off heater and air conditioning unit and body.
Installing
–  Install condensate drain hose -1- in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
t  It must be possible to push condensate drain hose onto heater and air conditioning unit connection without tension.
t  Condensate drain hose must be seated securely on heater and air conditioning unit.
t  Condensate drain hose must not be kinked or pinched.
–  Install right side trim panel to centre console → Rep. gr.68.
Checking
–  Release underbody cladding in area of valve.
–  Check valve -2-:
t  Must not be blocked with wax, underfloor sealant or soiling.
t  It must open and close properly.
–  Secure underbody cladding.
