Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability among Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required

Removing
–  Unscrew bolts -1- and remove the air duct -2-.
  E23-10023
–  Separate the plug connection on the charge pressure control solenoid valve -N75--2-.
–  Unscrew the bolt -1-.
–  Remove all vacuum lines together with their brackets -arrows- upwards from the air filter.
–  Place charge pressure control solenoid valve -N75- with vacuum hoses on engine.

–  Unplug connector -3- from air mass meter -G70-.
–  Remove the air intake hose, and release the hose clip -2-.
–  Version for cold climate zones: Remove air hose; loosen hose clip -1- for this.
–  Unscrew the bolt -4- and remove the air filter housing.
Installing
  Note
Note the correct seating of the limits in the lower part of the air filter (front and rear).
–  Installation is done in reverse order of removal.

For fitting, the mark on the air hose must be located -arrows-.
