Note | The oil level may be in area -d- due to the infiltration of fuel in the engine oil as a result of unfavourable driving conditions after filling. This is a perfectly normal and self-regulating characteristic. It is not necessary to adjust the engine oil level. |
| a - | Oil level in the range of the Min. marking: Refill the engine oil! |
| b - | Oil level in the middle area: Engine oil may be added! |
| c - | Oil level in the range of the Max. marking: do not add oil |
| d - | The oil level may be in this area as a result of particular driving conditions. |
