  Caution
The air conditioning coolant agent circuit should not be opened.
  Note!
t  To avoid damage to the condenser and the coolant pipes/sleeves, care should be taken not to excessively bend, twist or stretch the pipes/sleeves.
t  The coolant agent circuit will only be opened in workshops with qualified personnel and the tools and units that are needed.
To be able to remove and refit without opening the coolant agent circuit:
–  Remove the clamps of the coolant agent pipes.
–  Remove the lock holder plate and the accessory pieces: → Bodywork-assembly work; Rep. Gr.50
–  Unbolt the radiator with the fan from the lockholder plate.
–  Separate the condenser from the radiator.
–  Remove the air conditioning compressor: → Heating, air conditioning; Rep. Gr.87
   
–  Fix the compressor to the crossmember so that the pipes/sleeves of the coolant are not under tension.
–  Separate the flanges of the coolant pipe/sleeve to the expansion valve.
–  Separate the two nuts fixing the dehydrator filter and release.
–  Raise the engine unit.

–  Position and fix the condenser, compressor and air conditioning pipes to the right side.
  Note!
Pay special attention and protect all components to prevent damage or tension in the bodywork or any of the components of the air conditioning installation.
