Removing and installing cylinder head > < Toothed belt: removing and installing, tighten

Removing
–  Remove the upper element of the intake manifold → Chapter.
  Note!
With a clean cloth, plug the intake channels of the lower element of the intake manifold.
–  Remove toothed belt guard upper part.
   
–  Set camshaft sprocket to TDC No. 1 cylinder by turning the crankshaft. Mark on camshaft sprocket must align with arrow on toothed belt guard.
–  Release tensioning roller and take toothed belt off camshaft sprocket.
–  Turn crankshaft back slightly.
–  Remove camshaft sprocket. When loosening camshaft sprocket bolt counter-hold with -T20018A-.
–  Remove woodruff key from camshaft.
–  Remove cylinder head cover.
–  First remove bearing caps 5, 1 and 3. Then loosen bearing caps 2 and 4 alternately and diagonally.
