1 - Combined valve
q   Check → Chapter
2 - Decompression hose
3 - Connector
q   Bipolar
4 - Secondary air injection valve -N112-
5 - Towards the pipe connection towards the power brake
6 - Secondary air pump relay -J299-
q   On the relay plate, position 7
7 - O-ring
q   Replace
8 - Pressure hose
q   Check firm seating
q   To unlock, tighten the front
9 - Intake hose
q   For secondary air pump
10 - From the air filter
11 - Motor for secondary air pump -V101-
12 - Connector
q   Bipolar
13 - 10 Nm
14 - 25 Nm
15 - 15 Nm
16 - Support
q   For the motor of the secondary air pump
q   Fastened to the intake manifold
17 - Lower element of the intake manifold
18 - 10 Nm
19 - Union part
q   With a socket for the combined valve and the exhaust gas recirculation valve
20 - Seal
q   Replace
21 - 25 Nm
22 - Exhaust gas recirculation valve -N18- with pot. for exhaust gas recirculation -G212-
q   Exhaust gas recirculation system → Chapter
23 - Threaded connector, 35 Nm
24 - 25 Nm
25 - Union pipe
26 - Towards the connection on the exhaust manifold
27 - 10 Nm

   
Secondary air pump relay -J299-
The secondary air pump relay is on position 7 on the relay plate.
  Note!
If the relay can not be removed from the relay plate without using a tool, first disconnect the battery earth strap. First, check if the vehicle has a coded radio installed and, if so, consult the anti-theft code.
