t  Vacuum gauge -V.A.G 1368-
t  Adapter -SAT 1368/1-
Checking process
  W00-0567
–  Remove the deaeration tube -2- of the activated carbon tank -1- from the butterfly valve control unit -3-.
–  Attach the tube -2- to the manual vacuum pump -SAT 1390-.
–  Separate the ventilation tube -5- which goes from the fuel tank to the activated carbon tank, and fit it to the pressure fall tester -V.A.G 1368-“connection A”; to do so, use adapter -SAT 1368/1-.
–  Fit the pressure fall tester -V.A.G 1368-“connection B” to the ventilation tube -4- which goes to the activated carbon tank. To do so, use adapter -SAT 1368/1-.
–  Set the pressure fall tester in position “B”.
–  Begin diagnosis of actuators and select the electrovalve for the activated carbon tank -N80- → Diagnostics operations unitVAS 5051.
–  Operate the manual pump -SAT 1390- several times. Suction should not be created.
