Replace engine control unit > < Engine control unit

Removing
Removing
–  Switch off ignition.
   
–  Remove the windscreen wiper arms -1-.To do this, remove the bolt covers -arrows- and the attaching nuts for the windscreen wiper arms.
–  Remove the rubber cover -2- from the water conduits.
–  Remove carefully the water reservoir protection -3-.

–  Remove the connections of the control unit by pulling the clamps -arrows- outwards.

–  Release the locking device -arrow- carefully using a screwdriver.
–  Pull control unit out of retainer -arrow-.
