| For any task on the injection/fuel supply system, the following “5 rules” for cleaning must be respected very carefully: |

| Thoroughly clean the connections and their surrounding areas before releasing them. |

| Deposit the parts removed over a clean surface and cover them. Do not use cloths that release fibres! |
| t
| If the repair work is not carried out immediately, the open components should be covered or carefully stored. |
| t
| Only install clean components: Remove the renewal parts from their wrapping right before carrying out assembly. Do not install components that have been stored without wrapping (eg. in the toolbox, etc.). |
| t
| As the system is open: Avoid the use of compressed air when possible. Do not move the vehicle if possible. |
