Conditions
   
l  One of the follower polygon cams -arrow- on the crankshaft is uppermost.
Work sequence
–  Fit new gasket over the guide anchor bolts.
–  Coat the four crankshaft polygon cams followers with oil.

–  Position one of the oil pump inner rotor markings arrow -A- on installation position mark arrow -B- on oil pump housing cover.
–  Lightly oil sealing lip of oil pump oil seal.

–  Insert the coupling -T20081B/2- over the oil pump retainer and carefully guide the pump over the crankshaft drive cams.
–  Align inner rotor to crankshaft follower polygon cams by turning slightly if necessary.
–  Then carefully connect the oil pump onto the guide anchor bolts.
–  Attach the oil pump with new bolts, do not put the longest bolts into place until the lower protector for the ribbed belt has been put into place.
Tightening torque: 12 Nm
–  Pull out sleeve -T10081B/2-.
–  Install induction pipe → Item.
–  Install oil sump → Chapter.
The rest of the assembly is basically a reverse of the dismantling sequence.
–  Assemble the pinion for the ribbed belt and the tightener roller, Ribbed belt, assemble, tighten → Chapter.
–  Install ribbed belt → Chapter.
