Removing and installing oil level and oil temperature sender -G266-

Removal:

Altea - Altea XL - Leon

–	Drain engine oil → Booklet101..

Ibiza

–	Drain engine oil → Booklet601..

All other vehicles continued

–	Disconnect the electric connector -arrow- on oil level and oil temperature sender -G266-.

–	Release fasteners -arrows- and remove noise insulation -1- for sump.

–	Unscrew bolts -1- and remove oil level and oil temperature sender -G266- . -Pos. 4-.

Ignore -item 3-.

Installation

l	Tightening torque → Item

Installation is carried out in reverse order, noting the following:

Note

Renew seal -2- and self-locking bolts -1-.

–	Replenish engine oil and check oil level → Chapter.
