Exhaust gas temperature sender 4 -G648-: Removing and installing

Removal:

–	Detach the connector -2- of the exhaust gas temperature sender 4 -G648-.

Note

Disregard -items 1, 3, 4 and 5-.

–	Unscrew the exhaust temperature sensor 4 -G648- from the exhaust pipe to the particulate filter -Item 1-.

Note

Disregard: -Pos. 2-.

Installation

Installation is carried out in reverse order, noting the following:

l	Tightening torque → Chapter

Note

Coat threads of temperature sender with high-temperature paste → Electronic parts catalogue.
