1 - Toothed belt guard upper part
2 - Toothed belt
q   Mark direction of rotation before removing.
q   Check for wear.
q   Do not kink.
q   Removing, installing and tensioning → Chapter.
3 - 20 Nm + 1/8 turn (45°) further
4 - Tensioning roller
5 - 100 Nm
6 - 25 Nm
7 - Camshaft pulley
8 - Hub
q   With sender wheel.
q   Use counter-hold tool -T10051- to loosen and tighten.
q   To remove, use puller -T10052-.
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
9 - 10 Nm
10 - Rear toothed belt guard
11 - Sealing grommet
q   Renew if damaged.
12 - Idler roller
13 - Coolant pump
q   Installed in cylinder block
q   Check for ease of movement.
q   Note installation position.
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
14 - Crankshaft toothed belt pulley
15 - 120 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) further
q   Renew
q   Use counter-hold tool -3415- to loosen and tighten.
q   Do not additionally oil or grease the threads and shoulder
q   Turning further can be done in several stages.
16 - 15 Nm
17 - 20 Nm
18 - Toothed belt guard lower part
19 - Belt pulley and vibration damper
q   Can only be installed in one position. Holes are offset.
20 - 10 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) further
21 - Cover
22 - Toothed belt guard centre part
23 - 30 Nm
24 - 45 Nm
25 - Engine support
26 - 45 Nm
