Pull connector -3- from pressure differential sender -G505-.
–
Undo the screw -4- and remove the pressure differential sender -G505-.
–
Pull hoses carefully and straight from unions (the unions break off from the pressure differential sender -G505- very easily).
–
When installing, note the following:
Note t
Before installing, guide compressed air into the hoses of the pressure differential sender -G505- (in the direction of the particulate filter). This may be blocked or frozen by the condensed water.
t
Note that the hoses and tightly connected.
t
If pressure connections are detached from particulate filter, tighten to 45 Nm.
t
Hose connections and hoses must be free of oil and grease before fitting.
t
Tightening torque for the pressure differential sender -G505-, → Chapterscrews.
After replacing the pressure differential sender -G505- and / or the particle filter, a readopting must be carried out again. (The procedure is also described under "Guided Functions".) |
