t  Removing → Anchor
t  Installing → Anchor
Removing
–  Remove poly V-belt → Anchor.
   
–  Release hose clip -2-, lift retaining clip -1- slightly and remove air hose.
–  Remove cowling together with radiator fan -V7- and radiator fan on right of radiator -V35- → Chapter.

–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Free coolant hose -3-.
–  Release the hose clamp -2-.
–  Unplug connector -1- at charge air pressure sender -G31- and detach air pipe.

–  Undo the bolt -2- and remove the clamping element -1- of the Poly V-belt.
Installing
Installation is in the reverse sequence of removal. Note the following:
t  Renew bolt for tensioning element
t  Tightening torque of the Poly V-belt clamping element: 23 Nm
t  Bolt tightening torque of the air duct pipe = 9 Nm.
t  Install poly V-belt → Anchor.
