Radiator and radiator fan - Assembly overview
1 - Bolt.
q   5 Nm
2 - Bolt.
q   2.1 Nm
3 - Fan control unit -J293-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
4 - Radiator cowl
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
5 - Radiator fan -V7-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
6 - Coolant hose
q   Raise the securing clip to remove
q   Connecting to radiator → Fig.
7 - O ring
q   Replace
8 - Coolant hose
q   Raise the securing clip to remove
q   Connecting to radiator → Fig.
9 - O ring
q   Replace
10 - Coolant hose
11 - Rubber bush (top)
12 - Retaining pin
13 - Radiator
q   Remove and install together with radiator cowl → Chapter
q   After renewing, refill the entire coolant.
14 - Rubber bush (bottom)
15 - Fan 2 of the radiator -V177-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
16 - Bolt.
q   2.1 Nm
17 - Bolt.
q   11 Nm

   
Connecting coolant hose with plug-in connector to radiator
–  Remove old O-ring -2- from coolant hose -3-.
–  Lubricate new O-ring with coolant additive and fit O-ring in coolant hose.
–  Press coolant hose onto coolant pipe -1- until it engages with a click.
–  Reconnect the coolant hose. Then check the fixed connection by pulling at the hose.
