1 - Warm air collector plate
2 - 10 Nm
3 - Lambda probe -G39-, 50 Nm
q   Only grease thread with “G 052 112 A3”. The “G 052 112 A3” must not reach the probe body grooves
q   Remove and assemble using the ring wrench set for lambda probes -3337-
q   In case of leakage, cut out and replace sealing ring
4 - Exhaust manifold with precatalyst
5 - Gasket
q   Replace.
6 - 25 Nm
q   Replace.
7 - Electrical connector
q   Four-pin
8 - Electrical connector
q   Four-pin
9 - Lambda after catalytic converter -G130-, 55 Nm
q   Only grease thread with “G 052 112 A3”. The “G 052 112 A3” must not reach the probe body grooves
q   Remove and assemble using the ring wrench set for lambda probes -3337-
q   The connector is located under the right hand side vehicle floor housing.
10 - Double clamp, 25 Nm
q   Align exhaust system when it is cold so it is free of stress before tightening clamp
q   Installation position → Fig.
q   Tighten bolted connections evenly.
11 - Front tube bridge
12 - 23 Nm
13 - Forward section of the exhaust tube with catalytic converter
q   The vibration damper must not be bent more than 10°, otherwise it will be damaged
14 - Retaining ring
q   If this is damaged, replace it
15 - 20 Nm
16 - 40 Nm
q   Replace.
17 - Bracket
18 - Cable guide

   
Installation position of rear double clamp
–  Install double clamp so that the bolt end does not project over the clamp lower edge.
