Oil filter bracket: removing and fitting
Oil filter bracket: removing and fitting
t  Removing → Anchor
t  Installing → Anchor
Removing
–  Now remove the intake manifold → Chapter.
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
–  Remove oil cooler → Chapter.
   
–  Disconnect the connector -A- of the oil pressure switch.
–  Loosen the securing bolts -arrows-, and remove the oil filter bracket.
Fitting
–  Replace the seals → Item and → Item.
–  Install splash guard depending on version → Item.
–  Fit oil filter bracket, and tightening the bolts evenly to 15 Nm.
–  Fit the oil radiator with the coolant hose fittings.
Continue installation following reverse order for removing.
