  Note
t  Secure the hose connections with original clamps.
t  The couplings and air hoses of the supercharging system must be free from oil and grease before assembling. Only in the case of plug-in couplings, the sealing ring and sealing surface must be oiled slightly → Chapter.
t  The supercharger air system should not leak
t  Renew self-locking nuts.
t  To fit the spring clips, use the spring clip pliers -VAS 6499-.
t  Fill turbocharger with engine oil at oil supply pipe connection.
t  After fitting the exhaust gas turbocharger, allow the engine to idle for 1 minute without accelerating to ensure turbocharger oil supply.
