Sealing flange and flywheel / drive plate: removing and fitting > < Piston and cylinder dimensions

–  Separate the under body protection.
–  Mark direction of rotation of poly V-belt.
   
–  To loosen the Poly-V belt, turn the tension device using an e/c 16 spanner in the -direction of the arrow-.
–  Block the tensioning element using a 4 mm Allen key -1-.
–  Take off poly V-belt.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  First place the Poly-V belt over the crankshaft pulley. And finally place the belt on the tension roller.
  Note
t  Ensure, before installing Poly-V belt, that all ancillaries (alternator, air conditioning compressor) are secured tightly.
t  When fitting the Poly-V belt, ensure that it is fitted with the correct direction of rotation and that it is correctly seated on the pulleys.
After completing repair:
–  Start engine and check belt running.
