Removing and installing the front exhaust pipe (Altea - Altea XL - Leon)

t	removing → Anchor

removing

–	Separate the under body protection.

–	Remove nuts -2-.

Note

Disregard -items 1, 3-.

–	Unscrew the nuts -2, 3- and remove the exhaust system.

–	Unscrew bolts -1- and -5-.

–	Pull off bracket -4- for exhaust system from pins on front exhaust pipe.

–	Remove the exhaust primary tube.

installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

l	Tightening torques → Chapter

Note

Replace the seals and nuts.

–	Fit the engine anti-splash cover.
