Replace the Teflon seal and support washer on the injection valve
Replace the Teflon seal and support washer on the injection valve
Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability among Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required

Operation process
Renew teflon seal
–  Remove extraction hose → Chapter.
–  Remove intake manifold lower section → Chapter.
–  Remove the injectors → Chapter.
–  Clean the injector thoroughly.
–  Using a knife, carefully cut the seal as shown in figure -arrow-. Always avoid contact between the blade and the body of the valve.

–  Remove used seal and clean seal throat in the corresponding area -arrow-. Remove the sediments (cinders) with a brass brush.

–  Insert a new seal -1- into the assembly cone -T10133/5-. Fit the seal with the assembly sleeve -T10133/6- (the knurled part faces towards the seal -1-) carefully as far as possible in the assembly cone -T10133/5-.
–  Turn the assembly sleeve -T10133/6-.
The knurled section is no longer shown on the seal.

–  Slide a seal -1- up to the end of the assembly cone -T10133/5-.
–  Now place the assembly cone -T10133/5- with the seal in front of the injector. Continue sliding the seal with the assembly sleeve -T10133/6- onto the injector.

The seal is no longer on the throat of the casing.
–  Remove the assembly sleeve -T10133/6- and the assembly cone -T10133/5-.
–  Insert the seal by hand until it enters on the seal throat.
–  Insert the spacer sleeve -T10133/11- on the body of the valve.
–  Now press the calibration sleeve -T10133/7- onto the seal as far as possible on the spacer sleeve -T10133/11-.

–  Remove the calibration sleeve -T10133/7- again
–  Now press the calibration sleeve -T10133/8- onto the seal as far as possible on the spacer sleeve -T10133/11-.
–  Remove the calibration sleeve -T10133/8- again

The Teflon seal now has the correct assembly measurement.
Replace the support washer
–  Remove O-ring -3-.
–  Open the support washer -2- using a small pair of pliers and remove.

–  Now remove the spring element -1- on the injector and replace with the plate safety catch -T10133/12-.
–  Fit the support washer -1- together with the calibration sleeve -T10133/17- up to the first neck on the injection valve (the notched side faces the injection valve) -arrow-.

–  Insert the new support washer -1- on the assembly cone -T10133/13- and fit on the injector as shown in the figure.
–  Now turn the calibration sleeve -T10133/17-.
The knurled section is no longer shown on the injection valve.

–  Move the calibration sleeve -1- in -the direction of the arrow- until it stops at the plate safety catch -T10133/12-.
–  Remove the calibration sleeve -T10133/17- again
The support washer now has the correct assembly measurement.

–  Now mount for the plate safety catch -T10133/12- a new spring element -1- and fit a new O-ring -3- before the support washer-2-.

The Teflon seal must not be oiled -arrow- for the injector assembly.
–  Fit the injectors → Chapter.
Remaining assembly or installation is carried out in reverse order of removal.
