q   Can only be replaced completely along with the exhaust manifold and the pressure capsule
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.

10 - Bolt

q   Do not loosen to remove the turbocharger.

Turbocharger - tightening sequence
–  Tighten bolts -1 to 5- in four stages as follows:
–  1. Tighten bolts to 5 Nm.
–  2. Tighten bolts to 12 Nm.
–  3. Tighten bolts to 16 Nm.
–  4. Tighten bolts to 25 Nm.
