Checking combi valve
Checking combi valve
l  The hose connections must be tight.
  Note
Do not use compressed air during the following check!
–  Detach engine cover panel.
   
–  Remove the pressure hose -arrow- from the Secondary air pump motor -V101- .
  Note
To release the tubes press hose connections together.
–  Blow lightly into the pressure hose to the combination valve. Combi-valve must be closed.
–  Blow strongly into the pressure hose to the combination valve. Combination valve must open.
If the combi valve does not open or is always open:
–  Renew combination valve .
